Requirements

• Master’s degree in Food Science
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in the food industry
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Team management and communication skills
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Experience in product development and process improvement

Job Description

• Monitor and maintain product quality
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO 22000
• Develop and improve products and processes
• Conduct quality inspections and audits, and maintain documentation
• Train and supervise QA staff and ensure departmental KPIs are achieved
• Prepare quality and R&D reports for management review
