Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR, influencer marketing, and social media calendars aligned with brand goals.
• Oversee influencer content, UGC, and brand videos (including on-camera participation when required).
• Manage influencer partnerships, negotiations, deliverables, and campaign follow-ups within budget.
• Create content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Prepare influencer briefs and creative guidelines.
• Monitor trends, competitor activity, and brand reputation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or social media management.
• Strong creative and content-development skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Experience in the fashion or retail industry is preferred.
