๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
* Ensure accurate and timely salary processing based on attendance, leaves, and overtime.
* Handle legal deductions like income tax, EOBI, and social security in compliance with labor laws.
* Manage final settlements for exiting employees and coordinate with Finance for salary disbursements.
* Maintain updated payroll records, generate reports, and support audit requirements.
* Address employee payroll queries and suggest improvements to payroll systems and processes.

โœ”๏ธ ๐๐ฎ๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: Bachelorโ€™s in HR (Masterโ€™s in HRM or MBA-HR preferred).
โœ”๏ธ ๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž: 5โ€“6 years in HR, including 2+ years in payroll management, preferably in FMCG; ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
