Position: Assistant Manager HR

Organization: Hashmanis Group of Hospitals

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Human Resource Management from a reputable university.

• Additional HR certifications are strongly recommended.

Requirements:

• Manage recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing).

• Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with laws and regulations.

• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters (performance management, employee relations, conflict resolution).

• Prepare reports and conduct surveys on employee matters.

• Assist in the development, implementation, and approval of HR policies and procedures.

• Assist HOD Human Resources.

Experience: 3 to 4 years
