Herbion International for a dynamic, analytical, and technology-oriented professional for the position of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Supply Chain to support demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage demand forecasts and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock availability.
Coordinate shipment planning and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
Align production plans with demand forecasts and business requirements.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.
Utilize AI tools and data analytics to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain performance.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key supply chain KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree: Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and production planning.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Python, AI tools, and data analytics will be highly preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and coordination skills.
