Position: Assistant Manager – Assembly Shop
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in assembly operations or manufacturing

Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily assembly line operations to meet production targets and quality standards

• Manage and lead assembly teams, ensuring adherence to safety and process guidelines

• Monitor workflow efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements

• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and support root cause analysis for defects

• Collaborate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize production output

• Maintain production documentation and assist in audits and reporting
