Key Responsibilities

  • Assist staff, managers, and senior management.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Receive and forward communications between departments.
  • Maintain and update digital and physical records.
  • Coordinate with different departments.
  • Handle and resolve employee queries.

Requirements

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree in Business Management or a related field.

Experience:

  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in a reputable company or sector.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
