Assistant Manager Administration
Key Responsibilities
- Assist staff, managers, and senior management.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- Receive and forward communications between departments.
- Maintain and update digital and physical records.
- Coordinate with different departments.
- Handle and resolve employee queries.
Requirements
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Associate’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
Experience:
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in a reputable company or sector.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
