Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and cash flow.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Support cost-control and revenue-optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA, CA (Inter), ICMA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in hospitality).
- Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
