Position: Manager Accounts & Finance Islamabad, Pakistan
Qualification & Experience:
CA (Inter), ACCA, ACMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent qualification
8–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in the construction and education sectors
Hands-on experience in accounts receivable management, financial reporting, ERP implementation, and banking integration
Strong knowledge of taxation, budgeting, financial controls, and audit processes
Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial analysis tools
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall accounting and financial operations for construction and education projects
Oversee accounts receivable, customer billing, fee collection, recovery, and reconciliation processes
Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and management reports for senior management
Lead and support ERP implementation, process automation, and system improvements
Manage API integration with banks for payment processing, automated reconciliation, and financial transactions
Ensure accuracy of financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow statements, and financial analyses
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and applicable tax laws
Lead and supervise the Accounts & Finance team
