- Experience:Β 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or Food Industry

- Experience/Skills The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of labor laws, and 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the FMCG or Food Industry The preferred age range is 35-40 years.
- Responsibilities Oversee the complete recruitment and selection process, including approvals. Maintain and update organizational job structures and ensure alignment with company objectives. Implement, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and compliance requirements. Act as a key point of contact for employees and management on HR-related queries and issues. Ensure adherence to all HR compliance standards and coordinate payroll activities effectively. Manage and ensure efficient administrative operations at the Head Office, while maintaining effective liaison and coordination with the plant/site teams. Handle employee grievances and workplace issues with professionalism, empathy, and fairness.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, along with administrative operations such as coordination and liaison with various government departments and regulatory bodies.
