• 4–5 years of experience in restaurant management

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations

Job Description:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards in food quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive sales to achieve or surpass performance goals

• Maintain a safe and compliant workplace, adhering to all health, safety, and food quality standards
