AM Supply Chain (Assistant Manager Supply Chain)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage procurement of raw materials, components, and packaging materials.
  • Oversee demand forecasting, production planning, and capacity utilization.
  • Analyze supply chain KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in footwear, apparel, or manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Procurement
    • Inventory control
    • Production planning
    • Logistics
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP (Odoo) systems and MS Excel.
