Alumni & Admissions Engagement Officer | Karachi American School
Karachi American School (KAS) is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Alumni & Admissions Engagement Officer to strengthen our alumni community and support admissions engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with KAS alumni locally and internationally.
• Maintain an active and up-to-date alumni database and communication network.
• Develop an Alumni Referral Program to connect prospective families with KAS.
• Organize alumni events, school visits, networking opportunities, and engagement activities.
• Engage alumni as KAS ambassadors within their professional, social, and family networks.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, and Communications to generate and follow up on prospective admission leads.
• Track alumni referrals, admission inquiries, applications, and enrollment conversions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Preference will be given to KAS alumni.
• 2–4 years of experience in relationship management, admissions, business development, marketing, community engagement, or a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Strong ability to build relationships and engage diverse communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database/CRM management.
