Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee admin operations across all branches and supervise staff.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and procedures.
  • Manage facilities, security, housekeeping, utilities, and maintenance.
  • Oversee procurement, assets, records, and lease agreements.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and administrative budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, regulatory, and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate reporting, KPIs, branch projects, and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.

Experience Required

  • 8–10 years of administration experience, preferably in retail or hypermarket operations.
