Key Responsibilities
- Oversee admin operations across all branches and supervise staff.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and procedures.
- Manage facilities, security, housekeeping, utilities, and maintenance.
- Oversee procurement, assets, records, and lease agreements.
- Manage vendors, contracts, and administrative budgets.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, regulatory, and audit requirements.
- Coordinate reporting, KPIs, branch projects, and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
Experience Required
- 8–10 years of administration experience, preferably in retail or hypermarket operations.
