We’re Hiring: Admin Assistant Controller

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead a team of control room operators, ensuring all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain surveillance systems, including CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems.
  • Oversee responses to alarms, incidents, and emergencies while coordinating with field officers, emergency services, and clients.
  • Review real-time security information, make informed decisions, and escalate incidents when necessary.
  • Ensure accurate logging and documentation of all security-related incidents, activities, and communications.
  • Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to control room personnel.
  • Maintain operational awareness of security systems and coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of control room operations.
  • Prepare reports on security incidents, system performance, and operational matters for management.
  • Implement security plans and protocols for high-risk areas and special events.
  • Ensure backup equipment and emergency resources are readily available.
  • Collaborate with field teams and other departments to maintain smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in control room operations, security monitoring, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
  • Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and surveillance systems.
