KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and send accurate customer invoices per billing cycle or agreement
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments promptly and professionally
- Post incoming payments accurately to customer accounts
- Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address billing issues
- Respond to customer inquiries on billing, payments, and account status via phone or email
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with payment arrangements or concerns
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, payments, and collection activities
- Prepare reports on AR aging, collections, and customer communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting support role
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous phone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
- Prior experience working with US clients or in a remote setup is a plus
- Full-time availability 40 hours a week, US time zone.
