KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate and send accurate customer invoices per billing cycle or agreement
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments promptly and professionally
  • Post incoming payments accurately to customer accounts
  • Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and address billing issues
  • Respond to customer inquiries on billing, payments, and account status via phone or email
  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with payment arrangements or concerns
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, payments, and collection activities
  • Prepare reports on AR aging, collections, and customer communications
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related accounting support role
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional, courteous phone manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive financial information with discretion
  • Prior experience working with US clients or in a remote setup is a plus
  • Full-time availability 40 hours a week, US time zone.
