๐ฏ Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Reconciliation Officer who can ensure the accuracy of financial records by reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues efficiently to support smooth financial operations.
โ Eligibility Criteria
๐ Education:
โข Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
โข Professional certifications (ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, etc.) will be an added advantage
๐ผ Experience:
โข 2โ5+ years of experience in accounting or reconciliation roles
โข Experience in manufacturing / feed mills / FMCG / industrial sector preferred
โ๏ธ Key Skills Required
โข Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting
โข Hands-on experience with bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
โข Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
โข Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
โข High attention to detail and accuracy
โข Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently
โข Good communication and coordination skills
โข Strong time management and reporting abilities
โข Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities
โข Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts
โข Compare internal records with bank statements and external reports
โข Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
โข Prepare reconciliation reports and maintain proper documentation
โข Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up for resolution
โข Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
โข Ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions
โข Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required
โข Maintain audit trails and support internal/external audits
โข Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
โข Assist finance team in reporting and financial analysis
โข Maintain proper records of reconciliations and adjustments
