📌 Position: Garments Technician
📋 Job Responsibilities
Study samples, technical specifications, and garment construction requirements.
Support new style development, sample preparation, and sewing operation trials.
Select and set suitable sewing machines, attachments, folders, gauges, and accessories.
Conduct machine and operation trials and troubleshoot technical issues.
Provide technical support during production line start-up and bulk production.
Ensure approved sample construction and sewing methods are correctly transferred to bulk production.
Recommend suitable machines and sewing methods to improve quality, productivity, and machine utilization.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to identify sewing defects and implement corrective actions.
Train and guide operators on machine settings, attachments, and approved sewing methods.
Support the implementation of new machines, automation, and special attachments.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the textile and garments industry.
Education: Graduate with a relevant degree in Textile Technology or a related field.
Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, sewing machines, and production methods.
Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
Relevant experience in the textile and garments industry is preferred.
