Assistant Manager Costing & Budgeting

Qualification:
MBA Finance/ Professional certification (CA/ACCA/ICMA part-qualified/) preferred.
Experience:
4-5 years of relevant experience in budgeting, costing, financial analysis, or management reporting, preferably in a healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain costing models while applying appropriate costing techniques to accurately determine the cost of hospital services.
Monitor cost allocation, analyze cost drivers, and conduct variance analysis between budgeted and actual costs to identify improvement opportunities.
Review and validate departmental consumption of medical supplies and coordinate with departments to collect and analyze cost-related data.
Coordinate the annual operating and capital budgeting process, assisting department heads in preparing revenue and expense budgets.
Consolidate departmental budgets into the hospital’s master budget and monitor budget utilization to identify significant variances.
Perform budget versus actual analysis, provide variance explanations, and prepare periodic budget forecasts and revisions to support financial planning and decision-making.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and management reports on costing, budget performance, and financial analysis.
