🎓 Qualification: ACCA / CA (Post Article)
💼 Experience: 1–2 years in Internal Audit (any industry)
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and execute monthly store audit plans with HOD approval.
• Conduct & supervise audits of stock, cash, expenses, remittances, and fixed assets across stores, warehouses, and corporate departments.
• Audit compliance with SOPs, policies, and applicable laws.
• Assess internal controls and identify risks, process gaps, and inefficiencies.
• Review transactions, documents, and procedures for compliance.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Monitor inventory controls and analyze retail shrinkage trends.
• Evaluate POS, ERP, and inventory management systems.
• Support annual risk-based audit planning and stay updated on accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
