Salary: PKR 35,000 – 60,000/month
Bedding N Bath PTY LTD is looking for a sharp, confident, and fluent female communicator to manage international customer support and outbound client outreach across Australia and New Zealand. Comprehensive operational training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through email and phone calls
Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective B2B/B2C clients
Manage customer accounts, order updates, and after-sales inquiries
Maintain accurate daily interaction logs and CRM records
Mandatory Requirements:
Exceptional spoken English with a clear, neutral accent and confident verbal communication
Positive, proactive, and creative communication style
Must reside in Karachi
Must be available for the 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PKT shift
