T.M. Rubber Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced professional to lead innovation in automotive product development.

๐Ÿ”ง Position: Manager โ€“ Technical (Product Development)

๐ŸŽ“ Requirements:

  • BSc Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial)
  • 9โ€“10 years of experience in Product Development (preferably automotive parts)
  • Hands-on experience with CAD software
  • Strong project management skills
  • Expertise in product costing
  • Sound knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes & techniques

๐Ÿš€ What Weโ€™re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of automotive industry standards & customer requirements
  • Experience in APQP, PPAP & product lifecycle management
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time
  • Focus on quality, cost optimization & continuous improvement
