🎯 Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Reconciliation Officer who can ensure the accuracy of financial records by reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues efficiently to support smooth financial operations.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CA Inter, CMA, etc.) will be an added advantage
💼 Experience:
• 2–5+ years of experience in accounting or reconciliation roles
• Experience in manufacturing / feed mills / FMCG / industrial sector preferred
⚙️ Key Skills Required
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong time management and reporting abilities
• Knowledge of accounting standards and compliance
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts
• Compare internal records with bank statements and external reports
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Prepare reconciliation reports and maintain proper documentation
• Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up for resolution
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required
• Maintain audit trails and support internal/external audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Assist finance team in reporting and financial analysis
• Maintain proper records of reconciliations and adjustments
