Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the tech, software, or services sector.

Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern recruitment platforms.

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives and legal compliance.

Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring effective workforce planning and attracting top-tier candidates through diverse sourcing channels.

Manage the complete employee lifecycle β onboarding, training & development, engagement, performance evaluation, and offboarding.

Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance coaching.

Monitor and manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and HR budgets to ensure competitiveness and compliance.

Analyze HR metrics and generate reports to guide strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
