Lead and manage Call Center, Complaint Cell & QA teams

Oversee daily contact center operations and escalations

Workforce scheduling and staffing management

Requirements

Bachelorโs in Business Communications or related field

5โ7 years of experience (2โ3 years in a managerial role)

CCCM certification preferred

Six Sigma / Lean Management is a plus
