KEY RESPONSIBILTIES Lead end-to-end regional distribution operations, ensuring product availability, timely deliveries, and effective inventory/expiry management. Manage launches, trade offers, credit recovery, and key account servicing. Ensure compliance with SOPs and KPIs while providing market intelligence, performance reporting, and customer engagement insights.

QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s/Master’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 5+ years’ pharma distribution/trade experience with CRM/ERP expertise. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
