Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced professional for the position of *Deputy Manager – Warehouse*
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
o Manage overall warehouse operations including receiving, barcoding, distribution, and replenishment operations.
o Ensure all operational KPIs are met.
o Ensure timely execution of putaway and picking operations.
o Ensure timely implementation of WMS new modules and provide process improvement areas ahead.
o Manage timely execution of transport operations.
o Ensure inventory accuracy at all storage areas.
o Communicate with commercial teams regarding operational delays, and all relevant cross functional collaboration.
o Identify training needs and align training for staff in collaboration with training leads.
o Ensure reporting requirement and exception reporting to reporting manager.
o Keep effective communication with retail stores and regional warehouses.
o Team development as per capacity requirement and projected growth.
o Ensure staff administrative matters are managed.
o Ensure hiring needs are met timely.
o Identification of waste activities in overall warehouse operations – followed by corrective actions/addition of controls.
o Ensure safety and security of men, material, and equipment.
o Coordinate with HSE team for safety related training.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
o Education: Bachelors, or masters (Preferrable).
o Experience: 5-7 years warehouse operations experience.
o Strong team management skills, cross functional collaboration, communication skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, Inventory management, and strong knowledge of warehouse management systems.
o Can do attitude, can handle pressure, self-starter, problem-solving skills, go-getter.
o Detail-oriented, and multitasking capabilities.
o Experience in working with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
