Job Description :
The *Customer Success & Sales Executive* will be responsible for managing all incoming customer leads and ensuring a seamless end-to-end sales experience. This includes accurately inputting lead data into relevant sheets, engaging with customers to gather complete details, coordinating with the supply team to obtain competitive rates, and quoting customers promptly. The role requires consistent follow-up to drive conversions and ensure that every qualified lead is properly tracked and closed.

Performance for this role will be measured primarily on two key areas:

a) Lead Conversion: Ability to convert inquiries into successful bookings.
b) Client Satisfaction: Ensuring a positive customer experience and feedback post-move.

This position demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, responsiveness, and a results-driven attitude to contribute directly to MOVEITโ€™s growth and service quality.
