🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Upload, schedule, and manage video content on YouTube
• Ensure all content complies with copyright policies and platform guidelines
• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach
• Monitor video performance and suggest improvements for growth
• Coordinate with content teams for timely publishing
• Maintain organized workflows and publishing schedules

💡 Key Competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• 1–2 years of experience in VOD, YouTube management, or digital content
• Strong understanding of YouTube policies, guidelines & analytics
• Knowledge of SEO, metadata, and content optimization
• Detail-oriented with strong communication & coordination skills
• Basic video editing skills (preferred)
