Saba Aslam Foundation is seeking a passionate, experienced, and visionary Vice Principal for its flagship institution, Saba School of Excellence, Gulraiz Phase 2, Rawalpindi.

As Vice Principal, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the Principal in managing academic excellence, administrative operations, and fostering a positive learning environment for students and staff.

Qualification

• Master’s degree in Education or a relevant discipline
• M.Ed. preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years of teaching experience
• At least 2–3 years in an academic leadership or coordination role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal in managing academic and administrative operations.
• Supervise teachers and ensure effective curriculum implementation.
• Promote high standards of teaching, learning, and student discipline.
• Coordinate examinations, school events, and daily administrative activities.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Act on behalf of the Principal when required to ensure smooth school operations.
