Al-Fatah Travel & Tours’re Hiring – Umrah Consultant

📍 Locations: Lahore, Sialkot & Islamabad Offices

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Umrah Consultant to join our growing team.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry
✅ At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Umrah operations
✅ Strong knowledge of Umrah visa processing, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel documentation
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
✅ Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) will be an added advantage

Salary:
PKR 60,000 – 100,000 (Based on experience and skills)

Key Responsibilities:
* Process Umrah visas and travel arrangements
• Manage flight, hotel, and transport bookings
• Design and sell Umrah packages
• Handle customer inquiries and provide travel guidance
• Ensure a seamless travel experience for clients
