We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team and handle technical sales calls/Cold calling related to SOC and IT services. This role is not for traditional sales profiles; we need someone technically sound who can confidently engage with clients, understand requirements, and explain solutions.
๐ง Key Responsibilities:
1: Conduct technical sales and discovery calls for SOC, cybersecurity, and IT services
2: Understand client pain points and translate them into technical solutions
3: Present and explain SOC offerings, security use cases, and service capabilities
4: Coordinate with SOC and technical teams for solution alignment
5: Support proposal preparation and pre-sales technical discussions
๐ง Required Skills & Experience:
1: Strong understanding of SOC operations, cybersecurity, and IT services
2: Ability to speak confidently on technical topics with clients
3: Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or SOC/IT consulting
4: Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
5: Comfortable working remotely and handling client calls independently
โญ Preferred:
* Background in IT, SOC, MSSP, or cybersecurity services
* Experience working with enterprise or mid-market clients
