𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time | 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 3-4 Years

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
• 3+ years of proven IT recruitment experience
• Strong understanding of IT stacks, tools & technologies
• Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
• Ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR/IT/Business)
• Strong knowledge of IT technologies to effectively engage with candidates
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and social aptitude
• Ability to deliver on tight deadlines and manage multiple roles at once
