Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead Sales – BPO to oversee, lead, coach, and drive a high-energy team of CSRs to smash conversion targets. The incumbant will monitor performance, assign inbound leads, conduct training, and step in for high-priority deals. Ensure every lead is followed up fast, data is spot-on in CRM, and customers get tailored transport solutions that turn into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead, coach, and support a team of Customer Sales Representatives (CSR).
Monitor daily performance, ensuring targets are met and high service standards are maintained.
✅ Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and communication skills.
✅ Supervise the team’s handling of inbound leads generated through the company website and other channels.
✅ Assigning all the incoming leads to the team members for timely conversion.
✅ Personally handle high-priority leads and complex customer requests.
✅ Guide the team in converting leads into confirmed bookings by offering tailored transport solutions.
✅ Ensure accurate and timely data entry in the CRM system for all leads.

Requirements:
✨ Proven 4-5 years experience in sales and customer support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
✨ Background in transport, logistics, or a BPO/IT support environment is highly preferred.
✨ Strong verbal and written English communication skills (UK client handling experience is a plus).
✨ Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems.
✨ Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
✨ Ability to manage time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
