Maintain shopping standards to ensure an excellent customer experience

Receive and replenish Dairy & Frozen products as per SOP

Responsible for Shrinkage Control

Stay updated about promotions and advertisements

Execute daily operational goals and assigned priorities

Understand customers’ needs and offer the best possible solutions

Coordinate with associates or floor managers to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain a clean, organized, and uncluttered store environment

Ensure aisles are clear, products are accessible, and trash/empty cartons are removed regularly

Ensure signage, aisles, and merchandising gondolas are attractive, accurate, and as per company standards
