Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Tax & Accounting Specialist with strong expertise in handling VAT and Sales Tax registration and return filing across the UK, USA, and Europe. The ideal candidate will also be proficient in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, compliance, and reporting for international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage VAT/Sales Tax registrations and return filings for the UK, USA, and European regions.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Work on QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial data management.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate filings.
Stay updated on changes in international tax regulations and implement best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in VAT/Sales Tax registration and filings (UK, USA, Europe).
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote setup.
