About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Recruiter β Talent Acquisition, where youβll play a key role in sourcing and hiring top-tier IT professionals for our US-based clients. Youβll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

What Youβll Do:

Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

Screen, interview, and evaluate technical and behavioral fit.

Collaborate with clients and hiring managers on hiring needs.

Manage offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
β
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
β
Stay up to date on market trends and recruitment best practices.
What Weβre Looking For:
π Bachelorβs/Masterβs in HR or Business Administration.
πΌ Minimum 4 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
π§ Strong knowledge of US tax terms, visa types, and work authorizations.
π» Proficiency in ATS systems and major job boards.
π£ Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
