Wilson’s Pharma Group is looking for a dynamic HR professional to lead hiring for commercial functions including Sales, Marketing, Distribution & Revenue roles, while supporting employer branding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ End-to-end hiring for commercial roles
✔ Build strong talent pipelines & market mapping
✔ Partner with business leaders for hiring success
✔ Support LinkedIn campaigns & employer branding
✔ Track hiring KPIs and improve candidate experience

Requirements:

🔹 5–7 years of Talent Acquisition experience
🔹 Strong exposure to sales / commercial hiring
🔹 Background in Pharma, FMCG or Telecom preferred
🔹 Fast-paced, execution-focused, stakeholder-savvy
