Role Overview
PRG is looking for a skilled System Support Engineer to manage VoIP systems and provide end-user support. Youโll work with Vonage & Dialpad, troubleshoot network/voice issues, and deliver excellent technical support.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
Administer and support Vonage Business Cloud & Dialpad
Configure VoIP phones, extensions, IVRs, call queues, and DIDs
Troubleshoot call quality and network issues (SIP, RTP, QoS)
Provide end-user and remote support
Manage users, licenses, and system documentation
Create reports and dashboards using advanced Excel
Handle tickets via Jira / Mojo Helpdesk / ServiceNow
Requirements
Bachelorโs in IT/CS or related field
2โ3 years of VoIP or IT support experience
Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
Excellent spoken & written English
Nice to Have
Vonage/Dialpad, CCNA, or Network+ certification
Contact center or SIP trunking experience
