The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth material flow, timely procurement, accurate inventory tracking, and effective coordination between departments.
๐ฏ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of materials for production.
โข Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, stock levels, and material requirements.
โข Coordinate with Purchase, Merchandising, Planning, Production, Stores, and Suppliers.
โข Follow up on pending orders, material shortages, and delayed deliveries. Maintain accurate records of inventory, material movements, and procurement updates.
โข Monitor stock levels and highlight potential shortages or excess inventory.
โข Prepare regular reports on material availability, order status, and supply chain performance. Support cost optimization, supplier coordination, and process improvements.
โข Maintain updated records using ERP systems and MS Excel.

๐จ๐ซ:
โข Bachelorโs degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a relevant field.
โข 2โ5 years of relevant experience, preferably in garments, textiles, or manufacturing.
โข Understanding of procurement, inventory control, material planning, and supplier coordination.
โข Good command of MS Excel and ERP systems.
โข Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
