Qualification:
Pharm.D (minimum requirement)
Experience (any one of the following):
Minimum 1 year in a supervisory/managerial role OR
Minimum 5 years in community, retail, or OPD pharmacy practice
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs
-Manage branch staff, workflow, and customer service excellence
-Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and order fulfillment
-Ensure quality dispensing and patient counseling standards
-Drive sales growth and branch performance through effective leadership
