Patel Hospital are looking for a proactive and dynamicΒ Sr. HR Executive / Assistant Manager β HR to join our team and contribute to building a strong and efficient healthcare workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the end-to-end recruitment process for nurses, medical doctors, and healthcare professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
-Implement and ensure compliance with the hospitalβs recruitment and HR policies.
-Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding formalities, and personnel file management.
-Conduct probation completion processes, prepare related letters, and facilitate confirmation activities.
-Oversee employee exits, including exit interviews and turnover analysis reports.
-Facilitate orientation sessions for new employees and contribute to a positive employee experience.
-Assist the Sr. Manager HR in other operational and strategic HR initiatives as assigned.
Qualification & Experience:
– Masterβs or Bachelorβs degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or a related field.
– 3β5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
-Proven experience in recruitment of nurses and medical staff.
-Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
