 What We’re Looking For:* 10+ years of experience in QA, with 6+ years in Automation QA.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright.
Strong experience with Selenium and/or Cypress.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams of senior QA professionals across Pakistan and international markets.
Strong team leadership, mentoring, coaching, and performance management skills.
Ability to improve team efficiency, processes, and knowledge-sharing practices.

Excellent communication and client coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
