SQA Engineer at SpurSol

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical SQA Engineer with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, preferably on enterprise-grade products.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Analyze requirements from Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Team Leads
• Design, write, and execute comprehensive test cases
• Perform root cause analysis of production issues and support tickets
• Conduct API testing (Postman), database testing (SQL), and functional testing
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and update task progress in JIRA
• Perform impact analysis and validate features from multiple testing perspectives
• Recommend improvements in QA standards, processes, and methodologies

Key Requirements:
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA processes
• Strong expertise in manual testing and automation testing (both are mandatory)
• Proven experience in writing and executing test cases
• Experience with API testing (Postman) and Database testing (SQL)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and JIRA
• Exposure to CI/CD, performance testing, and security testing
• Experience working on large enterprise-grade products will be preferred
