Job Role
Zarea Limited is seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead its digital presence across multiple platforms. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing content, and driving engagement to increase brand visibility and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and grow company presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns).
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and budgets.
- Handle audience engagement, queries, and brand reputation.
Requirements & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Experience in content creation, campaign management, and paid advertising.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Experience in B2B or digital platforms is a plus.
