Shift Incharge – Mechanical Maintenance (Shift-Based) at Amreli Steels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance of mechanical equipment such as:
  • Gearboxes
  • Pumps
  • Overhead cranes
  • Cooling towers
  • Compressors
  • Hydraulic machinery
• Prepare failure analysis reports and submit recommendations.
• Maintain documentation including shift reports, history cards, checklists, and downtime analysis reports.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and hydraulic schematics.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Support team development through training and capability-building activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• 5–6 years of relevant experience in mechanical maintenance of plant and utility equipment
