Hi Tech Machinery is expanding its technical team! We are looking for an experienced Service Engineer (Screw Compressor & Chiller) to join our growing and dynamic service department.
If you have strong hands-on experience in screw compressors, chillers, and HVAC/industrial refrigeration systems, we want to hear from you!
๐ง Key Responsibilities

Installation, commissioning, troubleshooting & maintenance of screw air compressors and chillers

Preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance & minimize downtime

Diagnose mechanical, electrical & control system faults
-
Repairs, overhauls & component replacements (compressors, motors, valves, pumps, control panels)
-
Monitor system performance & provide improvement recommendations
-
Prepare service reports & maintenance documentation
-
Provide on-site technical support & respond to service calls
-
Ensure compliance with safety & environmental standards
-
Coordinate with internal technical teams for spare parts & job planning
-
Train customers on equipment operation & maintenance practices
-
Support commissioning, system upgrades & retrofits
๐ Requirements
Education:
Bachelorโs Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
Experience:
5โ10 years of experience in screw compressors & chillers
(Preferably in HVAC, Oil & Gas, or Chemical Processing industries)
๐ Technical Skills

Proficiency in compressor design & analysis software

Strong knowledge of thermodynamics & fluid mechanics

Understanding of materials science in compressor systems

Experience with vibration analysis, rotor dynamics & lubrication systems

Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Project management experience (budgeting & scheduling preferred)
